Black passionfruit variety Flamenco is a rich flavoured fruit that will ripen its first crop in the same autumn and spring as it is planted. These grafted plants require a very well prepared soil, high in organic matter. Frequent small waterings encourage rapid root growth and subsequent vigorous vine growth. And this rootstock does not sucker! Passionfruit plants fruit within a year but need replacement every 2-3 years.
