The Finger Lime is an Australian native citrus from the coastal rain forests of eastern Australia. It has a special lime like flavour from juice bourne by tiny juice sacs. The flavour explodes onto the palate when the sacs are eaten in salad or soup. The trees are easy to grow if the same care is taken as when planting other citrus.
